CONVERSATIONS IN A WAITING ROOM
SHORT FILM, Dark Comedy
About
A short film set in a hospital waiting room. Pairs of patients, accompanied by their diagnoses, pass the time together. Each conversation hovers between the ordinary and the absurd as they wait for an appointment that will reshape everything.
THE
STORY
Made for an experimental short challenge and proof of concept for 'Dear Annie, I Hate You'. Shot on a Canon C100, with no crew, no budget, and only a 48 hour turnaround. The piece was shown in festivals in LA and NYC and became the first proof of life for what later became 'Dear Annie, I Hate You'.
